🤝 Partner Terms and Conditions

These Partner Terms govern participation in the Appverse Partner Program. By registering as a partner, you agree to these terms in addition to our standard Terms of Service.
Partnership Agreement
The Appverse Partner Program enables approved individuals and organizations to collaborate in promoting Appverse products and services.
Partner Responsibilities
- Represent Appverse accurately in all marketing content.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Maintain confidentiality of non-public information.
- Use only approved branding and materials.
- Not make unauthorized commitments on behalf of Appverse.
- Report customer issues promptly.
Intellectual Property
Appverse trademarks, logos, and brand assets remain exclusive to Appverse. Partners receive a limited, revocable license for approved use during the partnership term.
Commissions and Payments
Commission rates and terms are defined in each partner agreement. Appverse reserves the right to modify these with 30 days’ notice.
Term and Termination
The partnership term begins upon approval and continues until terminated. Either party may terminate with 30 days’ written notice; immediate termination applies for violations.
Prohibited Activities
- Misrepresentation of Appverse services
- Deceptive marketing practices
- Legal or regulatory violations
- Competing with Appverse products
- Unauthorized use of branding
Limitation of Liability
Appverse is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Partners operate independently and assume full responsibility for their operations.
