- You may use the App for personal language learning.
- You may not copy, resell, or redistribute the App or its UI/design.
- You may not attempt to reverse engineer or bypass limits/security.
4. AI content disclaimer
- AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete.
- The App provides educational support, not professional advice.
- You are responsible for how you use AI-generated content.
5. Pro features and availability
The App may offer Pro features (e.g., higher limits, advanced tools). Availability and limits can change to improve the product.
6. Acceptable use
- No illegal use.
- No harassment, abuse, or harmful content.
- No malware, automated abuse, or excessive requests.
- Do not submit sensitive personal information into AI prompts.
7. Intellectual property
LingoTap AI, AppVerse branding, logos, and app design are owned by AppVerse. You receive a limited license to use the App as provided in these Terms.
8. Limitation of liability
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the App or AI-generated content.
9. Changes to the App or Terms
We may update the App and these Terms to improve the service, comply with law, or add features. The “Last updated” date reflects the latest revision.
