1) What AppVerse is

AppVerse is a public platform for showcasing apps and tools, creator profiles, and community feedback. Some apps are published by AppVerse (“Official”), others are submitted by independent creators (“Community”). AppVerse does not guarantee the accuracy, safety, or availability of third-party apps listed on the Platform.

2) Eligibility & acceptable use

• Do not abuse, attack, scrape aggressively, or attempt unauthorized access.
• Do not upload malware, spam, illegal content, or content that violates rights.
• Do not impersonate creators, brands, or organizations.
• Do not misuse feedback/discussion for harassment or manipulation.

3) Creator submissions

If you submit an app, you confirm that:

• You have the rights to publish the app information you provide.
• Your submission is truthful and not misleading.
• You include accurate Trust & Privacy disclosures (e.g., data collection, analytics, ads, AI processing).
• You are responsible for your app’s external links (website/demo/store pages).

AppVerse may review, approve, reject, or remove submissions to protect users and platform quality.

4) Feedback & discussion

Feedback and comments are provided by users. They may be inaccurate or subjective. Creators may reply, but replies do not create a guarantee or contract. AppVerse may moderate or remove abusive or harmful content.

5) Intellectual property

AppVerse branding, UI, and content created by AppVerse are protected. Creators retain rights to their own app names, logos, and descriptions. By submitting content, you grant AppVerse a non-exclusive license to display it on the Platform for discovery and community feedback.

6) Disclaimers

AppVerse is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, bug-free operation, or outcomes (traffic, installs, revenue). External apps and services are third-party and may change at any time.

7) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AppVerse is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, or issues caused by third-party apps, links, or services listed on the Platform.

8) Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
