Typingo — Terms of Service

By using Typingo, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country) to use Typingo. By using Typingo, you confirm you meet this requirement.

Some features may require an account via email/password or SSO (Google). You agree to:

• Provide accurate and updated information
• Keep your credentials secure
• Notify us of any unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Typingo is for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to:

• Use Typingo for illegal or harmful purposes
• Reverse-engineer or decompile the app
• Bypass security or use bots to overload the service

Some features may be paid (“Pro”). Payments are processed by third-party stores (App Store, Google Play, Stripe). Refunds follow store policies unless required by law.

All app content (text, UI, logos) is owned by Typingo or licensors. You’re granted a limited license for personal learning use.

• No logo or trademark use without permission

You retain rights to your content (custom texts, notes, etc.). By submitting it, you grant Typingo a limited license to use it for operating the Service. You’re responsible for ensuring your content is legal and non-infringing.

Typingo integrates with Firebase, translation APIs, and payment providers. Each has its own privacy policy. Only reputable, secure partners are used.

Some hints or lessons may be AI-generated. This content is educational only and not professional advice. Typingo is not liable for reliance on AI outputs.

You can delete your account anytime. Typingo may suspend or terminate access if Terms are violated or your use poses risk.

Typingo is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. All warranties, express or implied, are disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages or loss of data/profits. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for Typingo within 3 months before the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of your region.

We may update these Terms periodically. The “Last Updated” date shows the latest version. Major updates are announced in-app.
