Ramy is a spiritual companion app designed to help users during Ramadan:
- Track 5 daily prayers (Fajr, Dhuhr, Asr, Maghrib, Isha)
- Monitor Quran reading progress and completed Juz
- Track worship during the Last 10 Nights
- Record daily spiritual actions (charity, dua, dhikr, fasting)
- View prayer times based on selected city
- Build spiritual streaks and view statistics
The App is provided for personal, non-commercial use only.
3. Eligibility
The App is intended for users of all ages who wish to enhance their Ramadan experience. If you are under 18, you should use the App with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. There is no minimum age requirement as the App contains no inappropriate content.
4. User Responsibilities
- Use Ramy in a lawful manner and respect others
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or modify the App
- Do not use the App for any harmful, fraudulent, or malicious purposes
- Do not interfere with the App's functionality or security
- Do not use automated systems to access the App
5. Prayer Times & Religious Accuracy
Prayer times and Islamic dates in Ramy are calculated using standard methods (typically Umm Al-Qura or Muslim World League) and provided by third-party APIs.
Important disclaimers:
- Prayer times may vary by calculation method and location
- Users should verify prayer times with local mosques when accuracy is critical
- Islamic dates (Ramadan day, Hijri calendar) are estimates and may differ by sighting
- The app is a tool to assist, not a religious authority
You are responsible for verifying religious timings for your specific location and practice.
6. Data and Privacy

Key points:
- All worship data is stored locally on your device
- No accounts or cloud storage required
- Location data is used only for prayer times and never tracked in background
- We do not sell or share your personal data
7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of Ramy — including but not limited to:
- App design and user interface
- Branding, logos, and "Ramy" name
- Icons, illustrations, and graphics
- Code and software architecture
are owned by AppVerse and protected by international copyright laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal purposes only.
8. App Availability & Updates
- We strive to keep Ramy available 24/7, but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
- The App may be updated periodically to improve features, fix bugs, or enhance security
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time
- Older versions may become unsupported over time
9. Limitation of Liability
Ramy is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AppVerse shall not be liable for:
- Inaccurate prayer times or religious dates
- Missed prayers or spiritual obligations
- Data loss from device issues or app errors
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Issues arising from third-party services (APIs, analytics)
You use Ramy at your own discretion and responsibility.
10. Third-Party Services
Ramy uses the following third-party services:
- AlAdhan Prayer Times API — provides accurate prayer times
Their terms apply to that specific service.
- Analytics providers — for anonymous crash reporting and usage statistics
We are not responsible for the practices of these third-party services.
11. Termination
We may restrict or terminate your access to Ramy if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or pose a security risk. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or app features. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when changes were last made. Continued use of Ramy after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law
