By downloading, installing, or using Soundscape AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Purpose of the App
Soundscape AI analyzes short microphone samples to estimate noise levels and provide focus and environment insights. The app is intended for personal productivity and well-being, not for medical, clinical, or safety-critical decisions.
3. License & Restrictions
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Soundscape AI. You may not copy, modify, distribute, resell, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the app except where permitted by law.
4. User Responsibilities
- Use the microphone features only in lawful, respectful ways.
- Do not attempt to bypass security or abuse our services.
- Do not use the app to monitor people without their knowledge or consent.
- Follow all local laws related to recording, privacy, and data protection.
5. Accounts, Security & Subscriptions
- If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- Subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed by Google Play and/or the Apple App Store. Their billing and refund policies apply.
- Some plans may renew automatically until you cancel them in the store settings.
6. Data & Privacy
Our handling of microphone samples, analytics, and account data is described in the Soundscape AI Privacy Policy.
In summary, we use short audio samples only to compute noise metrics and improve insights. We do not sell your data.
7. Disclaimers
Soundscape AI is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Noise scores and insights are estimates only and may be affected by device hardware and environment conditions. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that results will meet your expectations.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AppVerse and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of Soundscape AI, including loss of data, productivity, or profits.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to Soundscape AI at any time if you violate these Terms, abuse the service, or where required by law. You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable international consumer and digital-service regulations, including EU data-protection and privacy standards, unless mandatory local law in your country provides otherwise.
